Thank you for choosing our handcrafted motorcycle bells. Each piece is unique and made to order, which means we do not maintain stock. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We only accept replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product:
- If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, please contact us within3 business days of receiving your package.
- You must provide clear photos showing the damage to the product and, if possible, the packaging.
- Replacement process:
- For orders within the USA: If the return is approved, we may request the damaged product to be sent back to us (we will provide instructions), and we will craft and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- For international orders: To avoid unnecessary costs and delays, we do not require the damaged product to be returned. Customers may keep or dispose of the damaged item as they see fit. Once we verify the photos and approve the case, we will craft and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- No refunds: Instead of monetary refunds, we are committed to replacing your product with a new handcrafted piece.

IMPORTANT! Communicate via messenger (in the upper right corner) what should be engraved on the bell. The personalization will be done by laser. 1) We recommend a name and/or a date such as 10/20/1962. 2) We recommend short messages such as: Drive Safe or something like that. 3) Given the diameter of the bells, the messages should be short because being longs the size of the engraving of the characters will be too small and impossible to read.
